About the role

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, milestones, and success criteria. Proactively monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Boomi's delivery teams and customer stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business owners. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and consistently.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Escalate appropriately and drive resolution to keep projects on track.
- Manage project scope rigorously, handling change requests through formal change control processes and setting clear expectations with customers.
- Collaborate with Resource Managers and Regional Delivery Leaders to ensure the right resources are assigned to the projects at the right time.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals. Ensure projects are delivered profitably and flag margin risks early.
- Champion Boomi's delivery methodology and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, templates, and tooling.
- Partner with Advisory team, Customer Success, Account Executives, and Enterprise Solution Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs, and project closure summaries.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to automate routine project management tasks such as status report generation, meeting summarization, and action item tracking — freeing capacity for higher-value customer engagement.
- Use AI tools to capture, synthesize, and surface institutional knowledge from past projects, enabling faster onboarding, better-informed estimates, and improved delivery consistency across the PS organization.
