About the role

  • Build and develop a strong services pipeline, closing opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Own and drive services revenue growth across EMEA South in partnership with regional sales teams.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored services solutions.
  • Partner closely with subscription sales and customer success teams to expand platform adoption and maximize customer value.
  • Support the development and launch of new services offerings aligned with evolving market needs.
  • Work with delivery teams to accurately scope services engagements and proposals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across customer and internal teams.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through services delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong experience and consistent success in services sales for Mid-market and Enterprise accounts, including international markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a professional services sales role.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed performance goals.
