About the role
- Build and develop a strong services pipeline, closing opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Own and drive services revenue growth across EMEA South in partnership with regional sales teams.
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored services solutions.
- Partner closely with subscription sales and customer success teams to expand platform adoption and maximize customer value.
- Support the development and launch of new services offerings aligned with evolving market needs.
- Work with delivery teams to accurately scope services engagements and proposals.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across customer and internal teams.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through services delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience and consistent success in services sales for Mid-market and Enterprise accounts, including international markets.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a professional services sales role.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed performance goals.
