About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to optimize sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive scalable growth.
  • Design and enhance workflows, build forecasting and performance models.
  • Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead automation and AI initiatives to streamline operations, improve reporting, and enable more effective territory planning, pipeline management, and overall sales execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and performance analytics frameworks.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise; experience managing case workflows and CRM optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with modeling and scenario planning.
  • Proven experience automating manual workflows and implementing scalable operational improvements.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence enterprise sales leadership.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational processes, forecasting, or analytics. (Preferred)
  • Experience leading CRM transitions or major systems transformations. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow CRM. (Preferred)
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling SaaS organizations. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction and reporting automation. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or building workflows using LLM APIs. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). (Preferred)
