About the role
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to optimize sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive scalable growth.
- Design and enhance workflows, build forecasting and performance models.
- Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Lead automation and AI initiatives to streamline operations, improve reporting, and enable more effective territory planning, pipeline management, and overall sales execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and performance analytics frameworks.
- Strong Salesforce expertise; experience managing case workflows and CRM optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with modeling and scenario planning.
- Proven experience automating manual workflows and implementing scalable operational improvements.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence enterprise sales leadership.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational processes, forecasting, or analytics. (Preferred)
- Experience leading CRM transitions or major systems transformations. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CRM. (Preferred)
- Experience in high-growth or scaling SaaS organizations. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction and reporting automation. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or building workflows using LLM APIs. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). (Preferred)
