Work with a fully integrated dialler and AI-assisted call tools that make you better every week

Requirements

What you’ll need

You’ve done B2B outbound calling for 2+ years and you’re proud of your numbers
You’ve booked real meetings with real decision-makers — not just logged calls
An objection is just the start of the conversation for you
You’ve used a CRM seriously — Zoho is a bonus, but any proper CRM counts
You research before you call. You prioritise intelligently. You don’t just dial and pray.
You understand Australian business culture and can have a genuine conversation with a business owner
Preferred – Not Required:
Experience in appointment setting for a BPO or outsourcing company
Background calling Australian businesses specifically
Zoho CRM experience
Experience in professional services, IT, real estate, or financial services outbound
