Own the end-to-end implementation, management, and monitoring of campaigns within Adobe Campaign and other marketing automation platforms.
Create segments using SQL and design complex multi-channel journeys that include dynamic content and trigger-based deployment.
Design, test, and deploy multi-channel customer journeys that include dynamic content, triggers, and personalization rules.
Monitor deployments & deliverability, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Validate the technical feasibility of new marketing programs and platform features, advising on best practices and optimization opportunities.
Work among agency, vendor, partner and client stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Work with the Marketing Sciences team to setup and track campaigns.
Partner with the Creative team to translate design assets into production-ready code, including HTML, CSS, and SSJS for personalization.
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders on status, risks, results, and key deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Drive process excellence and standardization, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Support continuous learning within the campaign operations team by sharing insights, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Campaign Engineering roles focused on Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), ideally within marketing operations or data-driven campaign environments.
Certification in Adobe Campaign is required.
Solid understanding of Adobe Campaign use cases, best practices, and campaign management principles across multi-channel environments.
Proven expertise in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS for scripting, automation, and workflow configuration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical accuracy, performance, and deliverability.
Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
Experience with data integration, data modeling, and data quality management.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and reporting precision.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to drive measurable results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across agency, client, and vendor environments.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
