About the role

  • Provide insights to GTM stakeholders (including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success) to help address business challenges and questions.
  • Enable data-driven decisions by analyzing experiment results (A/B tests) and recommending next steps.
  • Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and customer success to support growth initiatives.
  • Track and report on GTM initiatives, proactively identifying and escalating bottlenecks.
  • Maintain dashboards, run daily analyses, and answer critical business questions using sales and marketing data.
  • Improve processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency gains and supporting GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • A strong analytical mindset and curiosity to solve problems and suggest improvements.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and clear documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, being able to run queries to answer business questions.
  • Experience with common analytics tools like PowerBI / Looker, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google BigQuery and familiarity with statistical analysis of A/B test results.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience from consulting or high-growth startup/scale-up environments (early-career preferred).
