Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in recruiting at a high-volume, with exposure to field sales/ junior GTM recruitment being an added bonus.
- You're comfortable working with around 10-15 requisitions at a time, end-to-end.
- Agency experience + experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is our preferred background.
- You must be based in the EST timezone
- Strong admin and organizational skills, you're able to effectively prioritise your time.
- Experience with strong reporting capabilities (tracking in-put and out-put metrics).
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and representing the company’s brand in a professional, authentic way.
