About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As Team Leader, you will have two main tasks:
Expand our customer portfolio in your base city and engage the Field Sales team in Malaga, Seville, Murcia and Valencia to achieve targets by attracting new customers, mainly through door-to-door visits.
Support the team with face-to-face visits to understand customer needs, present the Booksy product and perform demonstrations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in B2B sales, door-to-door, and similar roles.
Proven experience managing door-to-door sales teams.
Customer focus and excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation and speaking skills.
You are organised and responsible, enabling you to meet the targets set for yourself and the team.
Positive and proactive attitude, commitment and ownership of your work. Promote teamwork.
Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce or similar.
Experience in the beauty or technology sector is an asset.
Intermediate level of English or higher.
Fluency in Spanish.
