About the role

  • Ensure new B2B clients secure initial bookings within the first 30 days of their subscription.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with B2B clients, anticipate challenges, and address objections.
  • Provide expert guidance and creative solutions to demonstrate platform value.
  • Deliver training sessions to new clients following the sale and help set up their Booksy account according to their specific needs.
  • Provide regular follow-up and support throughout the first month of subscription.
  • Execute proactive outreach via phone, email, and WhatsApp and run call/contact strategies to drive activation milestones.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success/Onboarding/Account managment or similar roles.
  • You are customer-oriented and have excellent listening, persuasion, and speaking skills.
  • You are meticulous and organized, enabling you to respond quickly and effectively to our customer's needs and find appropriate solutions.
  • Experience reaching out proactively via phone, email, or WhatsApp to drive activation milestones.
  • Executing a proactive call and contact strategy to maximize reach and engagement with newly signed providers.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work. Team player.
  • Deliver expert-level guidance on application functionality, helping users get the most out of the platform.
  • Knowledge of solutions such as Salesforce/ Google Suite is an asset.
  • A minimum level of English.
