About the role
- Build and execute the outbound B2B strategy from the ground up.
- Lead a focused team of three in cold outreach in the Spanish market.
- Design high-impact prospecting strategies across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone.
- Implement cutting-edge Clay workflows for personalized outreach at scale.
- Shadow reps, identify skill gaps, and provide continuous feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in B2B outbound sales and team leadership, ideally within a fast-paced Tech or SaaS environment.
- Practical expertise using Salesforce to maintain CRM hygiene and drive data-driven improvements.
- A data-driven mindset, the ability to analyze performance metrics (MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline coverage) to optimize team results.
- A strong command of modern sales tech stacks, including tools like Clay, LinkedIn, and automated cadences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to inspire your team and articulate product value to business owners.
- Fluency in English to work closely with global and cross-functional teams, combined with a high level of Spanish.
