About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media, to converting them into Booksy customers.
  • Be a product expert by conducting needs analyses, performing product demos, and helping clients complete their initial setup on the Booksy App according to their specific needs.
  • Drive your own results by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs, utilizing the Booksy Sales Methodology, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Build a loyal customer base by delivering excellent service, farming referrals from your existing clients, and exploring other avenues to generate sales.
  • Collaborate and share by providing feedback to management on customer needs and competitor activities and representing Booksy at trade fairs or events.

  • **It will help you to have:**
  • - Demonstrable sales experience (inbound or outbound is a plus).
  • - Industry knowledge (e.g., beauty, salons, nail tech, hair-dressing, SaaS, etc.).
  • - Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • - Medium/high level of Salesforce skills.
