• Analyze and Define: You'll engage with stakeholders to clarify learning priorities and conduct detailed needs analysis to set program goals, success metrics, and overall performance and business impact.
• Design Solutions: You will design and develop bespoke learning and enablement solutions, including content, training modules, job aids, and high-quality resources to drive performance improvement and upskilling.
• Enable and Roll Out: You’ll develop and manage implementation and communication plans, schedule and run interventions across regions and time zones, and lead or co-facilitate internal workshops.
• Drive Adoption & Iteration: You'll build creative and engaging ways to drive awareness and participation, constantly following up on engagement and adoption to iterate and boost success.
• Tool Customization: You will customize the functionality of specific tools and platforms (e.g., LMS. learning platforms) for learning and enablement purposes, looking for opportunities to automate solutions.
