About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end implementation for BookNook programs by serving as a strategic consultant to district and school leaders.
- Provide implementation guidance, best practices, and solutions while leading onboarding, launch planning, training, rostering, change management, and ongoing program delivery aligned to district goals and customer outcomes.
- Monitor implementation performance, analyze customer feedback and program data, and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, customer experience, and student outcomes.
- Independently manage multiple complex implementations by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for district leaders, providing strategic guidance throughout implementation and ongoing partnership management.
- Partner closely with Regional Directors of Partnerships to support customer retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and seamless customer transitions throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Track and report on key implementation metrics, customer adoption, and partnership outcomes to ensure successful delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years leading complex implementations, consulting, account management, educational leadership, or similar customer-facing experience.
- Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders both internal and external to the organization
- Curiosity and obsession with continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a track record of independently managing initiatives and delivering results
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience using data, customer feedback, and program insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority
- Demonstrated understanding of the K–12 education landscape and the challenges facing schools and districts
