About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end implementation for BookNook programs by serving as a strategic consultant to district and school leaders.
Provide implementation guidance, best practices, and solutions while leading onboarding, launch planning, training, rostering, change management, and ongoing program delivery aligned to district goals and customer outcomes.
Monitor implementation performance, analyze customer feedback and program data, and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, customer experience, and student outcomes.
Independently manage multiple complex implementations by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for district leaders, providing strategic guidance throughout implementation and ongoing partnership management.
Partner closely with Regional Directors of Partnerships to support customer retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and seamless customer transitions throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Track and report on key implementation metrics, customer adoption, and partnership outcomes to ensure successful delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years leading complex implementations, consulting, account management, educational leadership, or similar customer-facing experience.
Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders both internal and external to the organization
Curiosity and obsession with continuous improvement
Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a track record of independently managing initiatives and delivering results
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Experience using data, customer feedback, and program insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
Ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority
Demonstrated understanding of the K–12 education landscape and the challenges facing schools and districts
