Customer Support Working Student

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop deep expertise in our product to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable guidance to customers.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries across chat and email, ensuring delivery of consistent and high-quality support.
- Learn and apply our internal playbooks to maintain high-quality support standards while suggesting ways we can do things better or can be AI-automated.
- Support small projects aimed at improving our support docs or internal workflows.
- Work closely with the bookingkit teams to relay customer feedback and help bridge the gap between user needs and business goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Tech, Communications, or a related field (with at least 1 year of study remaining).
- You must be enrolled at a university in Germany.
- You have a knack for explaining complex things simply.
- You’re comfortable on chat and email, and wouldn't mind jumping on a quick video call to help a customer.
- You pick up new software quickly and are genuinely curious about how technical products work under the hood.
- You can juggle your studies with work tasks, showing an ability to prioritize and follow through on small projects or assignments.
- You don’t just see a bug; you want to know why it happened. You are objective, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- To support our customers, we are looking for a combination of: either English and Italian, or English and German. French is a plus.
