International Sales Manager – Mid Market and Enterprise Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify C-level decision makers for Key Accounts in the European sector of Tours and Activities and convince them to cooperate with bookingkit.
- Conduct excellent discovery and demand analysis.
- Build rapport with sponsors and act as a project manager between vendors' buying center and other stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to improve processes by linking Customer, Product Management, and Customer Success.
- Generate opportunities from outreach via mail, LinkedIn, phone, or fairs.
- Analyze external market factors to support buying centers in decisions.
- Share insights with Onboarding and Success team to help achieve optimal adoption of bookingkit.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of experience in the Tours, Activities, and Attractions industry.
- At least 2 years of B2B end-to-end sales experience.
- Great presentation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills.
- Familiar with sales frameworks like data-driven and consultative sales, MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.
- Proven solution-oriented and results-driven qualities.
- Tech-savvy with a modern tool stack.
- Fluent in English and second European language (Italian, Dutch or one of the Nordic languages).
