About the role
- Provide full IT support for the client’s systems, including software, hardware, and network maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage desktop and server environments, and develop, enhance, and test applications.
- Interpret requirements, create design specifications, and deliver secure, reliable software solutions across 25 client locations.
- Implement upgrades, develop web and eGovernment applications, manage disaster recovery processes, and support email configuration and performance.
- Collaborate with contractors and client staff, prepare project and test plans, and participate in planning and status meetings.
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in providing application development support in a multi-user, LAN-based, Microsoft Windows environment.
- 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Professional Edition suite with Visual C#.
- 5 years’ experience installing, configuring, operating, managing, and troubleshooting problems with the Highview Imaging Application
- 5 years’ experience in providing help desk/application support services to a minimum of 300 users.
