Bookkeeper, Financial Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Maintain accurate separation of financials across multiple entities
- Coordinate directly with organizational leadership to clarify monthly transactions
- Prepare basic internal financial reports and support external CPA requests
- Organize and document financial files and back-office processes
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and communication with regulatory bodies
- Support budgeting, grant, and property-related documentation as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support (non-profit experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience using Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) with some U.S. time zone overlap
