About the role

  • Work with React, Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, and Postgres
  • Engage in all layers of the stack (frontend, backend, API, data processors)
  • Influence project direction and lead execution to completion

  • Contribute to team’s psychological safety

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, or both
  • Proven track record of leading projects with ambiguous solutions
  • Startup experience or founded a company
  • Understanding of SaaS business fundamentals (e.g. annual contract value, customer acquisition cost, annual-recurring revenue)
