About the role

  • Responsible for supporting the successful onboarding of new clients and ensuring early product adoption across the NGP VAN suite.
  • Provide technical setup, training support, and user enablement resources that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Provision and de-provision customer accounts and features for NGP VAN products.
  • Work with leadership to create and launch adoption metrics.
  • Deliver client webinars and customer trainings.
  • Create adoption-focused case studies and maintain client resources.
  • Track client performance outcomes related to onboarding and adoption services.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in onboarding, customer service, or technical training.
  • Experience using NGP VAN or other campaign/nonprofit platforms.
  • Preferred: Background in progressive politics or digital organizing.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Mobilize, or ActionKit.
