Platform Engineer

• Develop and maintain platform capabilities using Python and Django to build self-service solutions that empower development teams
• Operate and optimize our AWS infrastructure with a focus on EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), S3, SES, Lambda, and related services
• Automate everything: improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational workflows to reduce manual work and increase reliability
• Implement and maintain observability systems (logging, metrics, tracing), monitor platform health, and respond to incidents
• Infrastructure as Code: manage infrastructure with Terraform and treat infrastructure as a product
• Create documentation, runbooks, and self-service capabilities that make development teams more autonomous and productive
• Ensure security and compliance best practices, manage access controls, and support compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand their needs and continuously improve the platform
