About the role
- You take full ownership of our B2B sales
- You don’t just handle deals — you actively shape processes, structures and the sales strategy
- You will work with the existing pipeline, CRM and target customer profiles, expanding the sales function to make it scalable
- You are responsible for the entire sales funnel (Discovery/Outreach → Demo → Proposal → Closing)
- Pipeline management, forecasting and close-rate optimization
- Active lead generation and deal closing
- Building, optimising and critically evaluating processes and structures
- Coordination of freelancers/contractors
- Long-term: building a small sales team
- Independently consolidating product feedback gathered from customer conversations
- Close collaboration with and direct reporting to the founding team
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, full‑cycle sales
- Strong independence and sense of ownership
- Experience setting up processes, structures and sales funnels
- Hands‑on mentality: you roll up your sleeves instead of only delegating
- Structured, data‑driven working style
- Confident presence and strong closing skills
