About the role

  • Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience on commercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures
  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex documents
  • Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling and cost control
  • Knowledge of LEED principles
  • Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, CAD software and ProCore
  • HUD project experience (preferred)
