About the role
- Strategy Development: Create, test and execute advanced Inbound and Outbound prospecting strategies, including new channels and approaches, aimed at scalability and optimization of results.
- Content Creation: Develop and refine prospecting materials (email templates, call scripts and Social Selling messages), focusing on deep personalization and higher conversion rates into qualified leads.
- High-level Qualification: Conduct advanced qualification of complex B2B leads, identifying the ideal fit, mapping all stakeholders (buyers, influencers and decision-makers), understanding the buying process and validating the client's budget.
- Management and Prioritization: Manage the prospecting pipeline with a strategic view, prioritizing high-potential leads and ensuring a steady, healthy flow of opportunities for the sales closing team.
- Junior Development: Actively support the training, onboarding and development of junior SDRs, sharing best practices, qualification techniques and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales prospecting (Inbound and/or Outbound), preferably in a B2B model, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and familiarity with marketing automation and prospecting platforms.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of sales techniques, qualification frameworks (SPIN, BANT, GPCT) and negotiation.
- Essential Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical capability, data-driven orientation and a strong focus on results.
- Ownership: Ability to work autonomously, proactively seek solutions and take responsibility for the entire pre-sales cycle.
