About the role

  • Supervise commercial activities, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Monitor and guide negotiations and sales, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Develop, motivate and track the performance of the sales representatives team
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare strategic reports

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (category B), own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone
  • Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising external/outside sales, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Knowledge of advanced negotiation techniques and B2B sales
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance indicators
  • Proficiency with commercial tools (CRM, control spreadsheets, sales reporting)
