About the role
- Supervise commercial activities, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Monitor and guide negotiations and sales, adjusting strategies as needed
- Develop, motivate and track the performance of the sales representatives team
- Monitor KPIs and prepare strategic reports
- Identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions
- Ensure technical knowledge of products to support the team
- Serve as a point of reference for client relationships and market best practices
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (category B), own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising external/outside sales, preferably in the industrial sector
- Knowledge of advanced negotiation techniques and B2B sales
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance indicators
- Proficiency with commercial tools (CRM, control spreadsheets, sales reporting)
