About the role
- Supervise commercial activities, ensuring alignment with company policies
- Monitor and guide negotiations and sales, adjusting strategies as needed
- Develop, motivate and track the performance of the team of sales representatives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare strategic reports
- Identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions
- Ensure technical knowledge of products to support the team
- Act as a point of reference for customer relationships and market best practices
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Category B), own vehicle, and mobile phone
- Bachelor's degree completed (Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising external/field sales, preferably in the industrial sector
- Knowledge of advanced negotiation techniques and B2B sales
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance indicators
- Proficiency with commercial tools (CRM, control spreadsheets, sales reporting)
