Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator
Bond VetTalent Acquisition Operations Coordinator at Bond Vet focused on optimizing TA systems and supporting recruiting operations. Manage analytics and improve candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and optimize key TA platforms and systems (including Greenhouse and others), overseeing account permissions, templates, and hygiene (e.g. prospect/candidate cleanup, scorecards, interview kits).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system vendors and manage relationships with the ATS, job boards, and background check provider.
- Tokenize outreach templates and ensure personalized, compliant, and scalable communications.
- Audit offer approvals and requisition workflows to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Own key administrative processes including waiver and background check workflows, requisition submissions, and the recruiting inbox.
- Onboard and train new TA and Field Ops team members on Greenhouse best practices and expectations.
- Maintain extern hiring process.
- Assist recruiters with sourcing projects as needed.
- Build dashboards and reports using Greenhouse, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms (e.g., DOMO) to assess the performance of the TA team and recruiting channels.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data and provide insights to drive strategy.
- Upload lead lists and ensure clean, consistent data.
- Support recruitment events including conferences and CE logistics—handling SWAG procurement, travel coordination, certificate management, and vendor registration.
- Collaborate with the marketing and people teams to improve the new hire and candidate experience.
- Partner with the People team to refine the onboarding journey.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and medical leaders to ensure alignment and transparency across the hiring process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or HR admin (healthcare or multi-site experience a plus)
- Strong comfort with applicant tracking systems (especially Greenhouse), data reporting tools, and productivity platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
- Clear, professional communication style and a service-oriented mindset.
- Passion for improving candidate experience and operational efficiency.
- Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient with Google suite.
