About the role
- You develop and own a company-wide AI strategy that reflects our values, data protection requirements, and our consulting-focused business model.
- You analyze and prioritize AI opportunities in internal processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- You identify meaningful AI use cases where technology supports people — not replaces them.
- You drive the evolution of our product and service portfolio based on customer needs and AI-enabled innovation.
- You create a clear implementation plan and roadmap including priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- In close collaboration with executive management, business units, IT, and external partners, you monitor market, technology, and regulatory trends.
Requirements
- You hold a university degree, e.g. in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics/Social Sciences, Digitalization, or a related field.
- You have several years of experience in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, or process/organizational development.
- You can explain complex AI topics clearly, practically, and in a way that supports decision-making.
- You combine strategic thinking with a strong implementation focus and a high degree of ownership.
- Responsible handling of sensitive data and data protection is a matter of course for you.
- You demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills as well as very good German language skills (English is an advantage).
