About the role
- You work closely with stakeholders and the Business Product Team to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable features
- You evaluate new requirements and features in terms of value, effort, and economic viability to ensure value maximization
- You maintain close collaboration with the development team, participate in refinements, sprint planning, and reviews, and actively contribute your perspective
- You create and maintain user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria that clearly and efficiently support the development process
- You take responsibility for agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), facilitate them when needed, and perform ongoing stakeholder management and requirements analysis
Requirements
- You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, UX, or a comparable field, plus at least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- You have solid knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and ideally hold a certification like PSPO, CSPO, or a comparable qualification
- You have experience using common tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar applications
- You have a good understanding of UX/UI, technical interdependencies, digital products, software development, and business processes
- You have excellent German and English skills, demonstrate strong communication and facilitation abilities, are customer- and solution-oriented, and can successfully balance differing interests within the team
