Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key financial, analytical, and technical resource supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and value-based performance management.
Manage and coordinate complex budgeting processes; lead financial system enhancements; perform advanced financial, operational, and claims-based analytics.
Deliver data-driven insights that support strategic, operational, and value-based care decision-making.
Collaborate with corporate finance, local markets, population health entities, IT/analytics teams, physicians, and senior leadership.
Independently lead long-term projects, manage financial planning applications, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years’ experience in healthcare finance, accounting, actuarial/insurance analytics, value-based care analytics, or related fields (required)
Experience working with healthcare claims, eligibility, and financial datasets (required)
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), Excel, and relational databases (required)
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) (preferred)
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional – IIBA) (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field (required)
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Informatics, or related discipline (preferred)
