About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Anticipates, plans, organizes and directs the operations of one or more physician practices
  • Support 6 or more providers and manage a minimum of 10 employee FTEs
  • Ensure highest quality care and services to patients
  • Achieve annual operational and financial goals of the practice
  • Oversee practice lead and employees for efficient operations and workflows
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff and provider schedules, performance management
  • Adhere to established controls of quality, compliance and risk standards
  • Functions as key liaison for all new provider integration activities for the practice(s)
  • Manage all revenue cycle processes, including registration workflows, work queues, copays, daily cash drawer, bank deposits, and coding compliance
  • Review applicable practice data and identify variances
  • Analyze financial and billing reports to assist with decision-making and reporting
  • Participate in planning and budgeting preparation and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (Preferred, required if performing clinical functions, within 90 days of hire)
  • 4 years of recent experience in healthcare (required)
  • 2 years of supervisory experience (required)
