About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Anticipates, plans, organizes and directs the operations of one or more physician practices
Support 6 or more providers and manage a minimum of 10 employee FTEs
Ensure highest quality care and services to patients
Achieve annual operational and financial goals of the practice
Oversee practice lead and employees for efficient operations and workflows
Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff and provider schedules, performance management
Adhere to established controls of quality, compliance and risk standards
Functions as key liaison for all new provider integration activities for the practice(s)
Manage all revenue cycle processes, including registration workflows, work queues, copays, daily cash drawer, bank deposits, and coding compliance
Review applicable practice data and identify variances
Analyze financial and billing reports to assist with decision-making and reporting
Participate in planning and budgeting preparation and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (Preferred, required if performing clinical functions, within 90 days of hire)
4 years of recent experience in healthcare (required)
2 years of supervisory experience (required)
