About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities
Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment
Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated
Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes
Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient
Opportunity to collaborate with international teams (e.g. Spain and Morocco) and contribute to project activities in a multicultural environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or IT Management
Strong interest in Project Management and how technology drives organizational change
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Native Italian and professional English are required (Spanish is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting
