About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute product category strategies and product roadmaps that align with our commercial objectives and local market opportunities
- Drive product introductions and revenue growth within existing categories through effective go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and POS strategies
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and foster data-driven decision-making
- Act as the go-to product expert: know everything about our products and actively share this knowledge within cross-functional teams, both locally and at corporate level
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to shape product improvements and future actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role, preferably in FMCG
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; familiarity with go-to-market and POS strategies
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
