About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead high-impact international projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment among global and local stakeholders
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic projects across international markets
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, ROI, risk, and resource availability
  • Manage brand portfolio across countries of responsibility
  • Lead complex international projects from initiation through completion
  • Establish, monitor and optimize project management frameworks, timelines, KPIs, and governance tools
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to local teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, International Business Development, or Senior Project Management, preferably in FMCG
  • Advanced Project Management skills
  • Strong business acumen and capability to navigate complex corporate environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset, agility, and a strong drive for results
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
