About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive business growth across national clients
  • Strengthen strategic retailer relationships
  • Optimize product visibility and promotional activities
  • Deliver sell-out performance in line with company objectives
  • Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with customers
  • Deliver on sales targets and objectives
  • Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for customers
  • Design and execute customer-specific promotional plans
  • Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent Italian and good English proficiency
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and team-player attitude.
