About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business growth across national clients
- Strengthen strategic retailer relationships
- Optimize product visibility and promotional activities
- Deliver sell-out performance in line with company objectives
- Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with customers
- Deliver on sales targets and objectives
- Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for customers
- Design and execute customer-specific promotional plans
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent Italian and good English proficiency
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and team-player attitude.
