About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Design and develop KPI dashboards to monitor business performance
- Improve forecast accuracy by partnering with Sales, Trade & Marketing teams
- Ensure alignment between demand and commercial targets
- Integrate S&OP with financial planning in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
- +3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, F&A, Sales or related field
- Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
