About the role
- Support plant maintenance operations by directing teams
- Manage procurement and availability of maintenance materials
- Oversee spare parts warehouses and ensure effective inventory management
- Coordinate internal technical teams and external contractors for maintenance interventions
- Manage contracts with external suppliers including planning, supervision and reporting of activities
- Monitor maintenance-related budgets ensuring cost control and optimization
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory, safety and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Previous experience in coordination roles and budget management
- Good organizational and analytical skills, with attention to cost control and process efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, with strong proficiency in Excel.
