About the role

  • HR Dashboard with HC and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.)
  • Workforce and labor cost planning: forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans
  • Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT) consolidating and producing proper reporting
  • Check on the HR database system (Infobudget, SuccessFactors, Tagetik HR) verifying the correctness of the data
  • Monitoring the hiring of new employees in terms of cost, position and hiring date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
  • 2/3 years' experience in the role within an international context
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel
  • Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
