About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- HR Dashboard with HC and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.)
- Workforce and labor cost planning: forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans
- Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT) consolidating and producing proper reporting
- Check on the HR database system (Infobudget, SuccessFactors, Tagetik HR) verifying the correctness of the data
- Monitoring the hiring of new employees in terms of cost, position and hiring date.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
- 2/3 years' experience in the role within an international context
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel
- Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
