About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

HR Dashboard with HC and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.)
Workforce and labor cost planning: forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans
Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT) consolidating and producing proper reporting
Check on the HR database system (Infobudget, SuccessFactors, Tagetik HR) verifying the correctness of the data
Monitoring the hiring of new employees in terms of cost, position and hiring date.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
2/3 years' experience in the role within an international context
Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel
Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
