About the role
- Develop engaging content — such as copy, visuals, and potentially video — that employees can easily share within their networks.
- Contribute ideas on formats, tone of voice, and content themes that help build a strong employer brand and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and colleagues across the organization to gather real employee stories and transform them into compelling content for internal and external channels.
- Support the execution and further development of initiatives that activate employees and enhance the visibility of our organization.
- Depending on your internship period and interests, contribute to HR-related communication initiatives, such as creatively promoting our prevention policy and vitality calendar.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student, preferably in Communications, Media, HR Communications, or a related field.
- Studies focused on (corporate) communications, content creation, or a comparable discipline.
- Creative, practical, and hands-on, with an interest in both execution and strategy.
- Familiar with social media; experience in a professional context is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written English skills are required.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Curious, independent, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.
