About the role
- Develop the sales of FMCG Portfolio (Food, Home & Personal Care) in the assigned countries
- Support the Senior Area Manager in developing the business across a wider perimeter of countries, with full P&L visibility.
- Define the most effective business development strategy by country/category
- Develop and implement annual business plans by country/category
- Track distributors performance against agreed plans and implement corrective actions.
- Manage forecasting, analysis and reporting of sales data, broken down by product and country.
- Monitor orders and payments, organized by distributor/category
Requirements
- 2/3 years of experience in commercial (sales, trade marketing) or marketing role
- Data driven and goal oriented profile, willing to negotiate in different cultural environment.
- Willing to travel on a regular base.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
