About the role

  • Develop the sales of FMCG Portfolio (Food, Home & Personal Care) in the assigned countries
  • Support the Senior Area Manager in developing the business across a wider perimeter of countries, with full P&L visibility.
  • Define the most effective business development strategy by country/category
  • Develop and implement annual business plans by country/category
  • Track distributors performance against agreed plans and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage forecasting, analysis and reporting of sales data, broken down by product and country.
  • Monitor orders and payments, organized by distributor/category

Requirements

  • 2/3 years of experience in commercial (sales, trade marketing) or marketing role
  • Data driven and goal oriented profile, willing to negotiate in different cultural environment.
  • Willing to travel on a regular base.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
