About the role
- Provide advice and support to employees on payslips, taxation, social security and contractual matters
- Support the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of monthly data
- Manage mandatory communications to public authorities in case of hiring, termination, contract extensions or intercompany transfers
- Prepare and handle payroll accounting reconciliations and payments related to social security, taxes, pension funds and union contributions
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires on their first day.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field is preferred
- 2/3 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of CCNL Industria Chimica and Alimentare
- Familiarity with ADP Payroll and SuccessFactors systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Local language: Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English.
