About the role
- Develop, re-activate, and maintain relationships with customers.
- Accompany new customers and end-users on projects, expanding your professional network.
- Give demonstrations and trainings to customers, professional end-users, and schools/associations.
- Sell promotional actions and campaigns.
- Coordinate, engage, and boost a team of external sales agents across Spain.
- Negotiate with central buying groups (e.g., Saltoki) using strong sales and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or occupational training.
- 5–8 years in the professional channel from retail or industry, preferably in construction, sanitary, pools, or HVAC.
- Handy and interested in technical jobs; able to inspire and educate others.
- Proven skills in selling and negotiating with central buying groups.
- Experience in managing sales teams (agents and/or exclusive reps), achieving targets, and developing people.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality; able to manage existing portfolio and acquire new customers.
- Willing to travel 3–4 days per week.
- Spanish (native/business fluent); basic English required for multinational collaboration.
