About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams on innovation, renovation, and packaging development projects
- Manage multiple complex projects with a portfolio representing millions in sales
- Develop solutions to execute project briefs while meeting customer expectations
- Collaborate across various functions and levels, including the Executive Committee
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (engineer, business or other relevant)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of project stage gates
- Ability to manage change management systems
- Familiarity with digital/IT skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Project or equivalent
- PMP certification preferred (not required)
- Food or beverage industry experience preferred (not required)
