About the role
- Bridge the worlds of market research, product development, and AI.
- Bring deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research workflows.
- Support user acceptance reviews for new releases by testing workflows and outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to review AI-driven outputs.
- Track emerging tools, methodologies, and innovations in the market research and insights industry.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in market research, research operations, or product analysis.
- Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research workflows.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; able to assess data quality, logic, and workflow consistency.
- Interest in AI-driven insights and willingness to learn how AI is applied in research platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious about emerging tools and trends in the insights industry.
- Bonus Points: Experience working with or around research technology platforms.
- Understanding of how automation and AI are transforming research workflows.
- Experience in a startup or small-team environment.
