About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and update social media calendar to maintain consistent posting schedule
- Schedule, publish, tag, and format content across all social platforms
- Assist in creating captions with strong instincts for tone, voice, and cultural relevance
- Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments, gather insights, and flag any potential issues or opportunities to the team on all social platforms
- Support real-time posting and content needs as they arise like creating short form content from footage sent by teams at events or conferences
- Monitor social media trends, tech news, and cultural moments to inform team of content opportunities
- Research emerging creatives and researchers worth nurturing into deeper relationships
- Provide support in increasing audience engagement
- Support influencer marketing strategy and delivery
- Collaborate with Influencer, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to ensure social content aligns with broader marketing initiatives
- Track and report content performance and sentiment and provide insights and recommendations for improvements
- Build and refine social listening reports to actively monitor content and conversations about Bolt Graphics
- Assist CMO in developing social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Assist CMO in developing digital storytelling initiatives
- Work with CMO in creating livestreams and community-driven initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of professional experience in social media and digital marketing
- 1+ year of experience with short form video content creation
- Portfolio with examples of previous work
- Strong understanding of GPUs and 3D graphics
- Comfortable creating and editing social-ready content independently while maintaining brand identity
- Experience with boosting brand visibility with consistent brand voice, and monitoring analytics to inform future engagement strategies
- High attention to detail, especially in publishing, tagging, and copy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical professionals, leadership, and business development teams
- Self-starter who is proactive and task-oriented
