About the role

As a Solutions Architect Associate, you will play a key role in supporting solution design and implementation for Boldr and our clients.
Participate in discovery sessions, document workflows, and contribute to solution proposals under the guidance of senior architects.
Build skills in both strategic and technical areas: process mapping, requirements gathering, tool configuration, and project coordination.
Help ensure that client needs are translated into clear, actionable implementation plans and that solutions are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Designed for someone eager to grow into a senior architect position by gaining exposure to client-facing solution design, workflow optimization, and automation strategy.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or technical solution deployment.
Exposure to workflow mapping, process documentation, and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Gorgias, Salesforce) and an interest in automation tools (e.g., Forethought, Kodif, PixieBrix).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear explanations.
Experience with project management or collaboration tools like ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
