About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Managing users and user roles.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
- Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Helping develop reports and analyses.
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

- **YOU HAVE… **
- - Approximately 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or operational data support roles.
- - Strong proficiency in Sigma as the primary BI tool.
- - Experience performing dashboard maintenance and operational analytics.
- - Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM data.
- - Experience analyzing marketing campaign performance data.
- - Ability to work with Google Ads and display advertising datasets.
- - Exposure to Snowflake data warehouse environments is a plus.
- - Familiarity with marketing automation or customer engagement data platforms is a plus.
- - Understanding of data integration or pipeline-support workflows is preferred.
- - Comfortable working within established data systems and collaborating with technical owners when deeper engineering work is required.
- - Ability to translate business requirements into simple, non-technical language.
- - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
