About the role
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for small to mid-scale projects.
- Coordinate and track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with senior project managers or clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders by setting expectations and managing feedback effectively.
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans.
- Escalate critical challenges to leadership when necessary and contribute to root-cause analyses.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and project requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives and promote the consistent application of project management best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and post-project reviews.
- Prepare regular project status reports outlining progress, blockers, and key metrics.
- Generate regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, issues, and risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in a centralized repository.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Contribute to team learnings and the evolution of project delivery frameworks.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance project management skills.
- Seek guidance from senior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, preferably in a client-facing or service delivery environment.
- Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
