About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver evidence-based, short-term virtual behavioral health counseling, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing, to older adults
Support lifestyle and behavior change related to stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activity, and weight loss
Document patient information and communicate with other healthcare providers using an EMR
Partner with care coordinators, health coaches, and other clinicians to develop personalized care plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in multiple states, including CA, TX, FL and/or PA
3+ years of clinical experience
1+ years of telehealth experience
High proficiency with EMRs and communication tools
Prior experience working with older adults (65+) or in geriatric health, chronic disease management, or lifestyle/preventative medicine
Excellent communication skills and empathy-driven clinical approach
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems and processes from the ground up
Commitment to working 15+ hours per week
