About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform technical SEO audits covering website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, errors, and redirects
Analyze improvement areas, recommend changes, and verify implementation
Monitor website traffic metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Execute and co-create a technical SEO strategy to grow sustainable organic traffic
Collaborate with the development, infrastructure, and other technical partner teams
Support and guide SEOs, content team members, and other stakeholders on technical SEO
Stay current with SEO news and Technical SEO trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in on-site and technical SEO, preferably for international SaaS sites or marketplaces
Extensive, solid SEO knowledge applicable to real-life situations
Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, and similar tools
Experience with Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and troubleshooting SEO issues
Spoken and written English at least at B2 level
Spoken and written Polish at least at B2 level
Ability to reverse-engineer existing solutions and develop original solutions
Agency background is good to have
Experience with site migrations is good to have
Python, SQL, or BigQuery knowledge is good to have
Basic Google Cloud Platform knowledge is good to have
Knowledge of internationally recognized web accessibility standards and practical a11y audit experience is good to have
