About the role
- Design the overarching strategy for global campaigns, overseeing the vision for email, landing pages, and complex lead nurture journeys.
- Crisp Judgement of Messaging, Tone, Value Propositions to drive the right engagement with potential and current customers.
- Develop sophisticated, multi-touch engagement strategies that utilize storytelling to move prospects through the funnel with precision.
- Utilize multi-touch attribution models to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and provide definitive insights into strategic impact on revenue.
- Lead high-level segmentation strategies and audience mapping to ensure hyper-personalized messaging while maintaining global brand standards and communication integrity.
- Act as a key consultant to Digital Marketing, Sales, and Operations, aligning creative capabilities with aggressive business growth objectives.
- Set the standard for A/B testing frameworks and dynamic content strategies to continuously evolve our messaging and conversion metrics.
- Translate complex performance data into high-level reports and BI dashboards that communicate campaign impact and market trends to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of launching successful, creative campaign strategy.
- A proactive problem-solver who can translate complex market challenges into measurable business impact and compelling customer experiences.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (or adjacent experience with Marketo or Pardot) to execute and track campaigns.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and attribution to prove the ROI of creative initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across a global organization.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
